Your Mission

As our new Working Student in Corporate Communications, you'll be an active part of an international team that tells compelling stories, builds strong platforms, and brings people together. Your mission: help us communicate with clarity, creativity, and impact — whether that's crafting a newsletter, supporting a PR campaign, or keeping our digital platforms sharp and up to date. You won't just be watching from the sidelines. You'll be in the room, contributing ideas, and leaving a real mark.

Your Tasks:

• Communications Support: Supporting internal and external corporate communications
• Content Creation & Editing: Contributing to the creation, editing, and maintenance of content across our communication channels (e.g. corporate website, social media, newsletter, intranet)
• Presentation Preparation: Preparing and formatting presentations and company materials for various target audiences
• Platform Management: Maintaining, updating, and developing our international communication platforms (e.g. intranet, image database)
• PR Support: Assisting in the conception and execution of PR activities
• Event Management: Supporting the organisation and delivery of events and internal company gatherings
• Project Management: Contributing to international communications projects in collaboration with our global Trench Group communications network
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Education: Currently enrolled in a relevant degree programme with at least 12 months of student status remaining
• Experience: Initial practical experience or internships in corporate communications, ideally in an international environment
• Technical Skills: Experience with content management systems (e.g. Typo3, WordPress) and/or design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva) is an advantage
• Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and cooperation skills, combined with a structured, independent, and responsible working style
• Language Skills: Fluent German (at least C1) and English (business proficiency)
