A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a Productivity Manager (m/f/d) you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of productivity and cost management across Siemens Energy's Gas Services business. Acting as the strategic bridge between business controlling, digitalization, and IT, you will drive the evolution of critical productivity platforms, advanced analytics capabilities, and reporting solutions that support decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.

You will lead complex transformation initiatives, influence senior stakeholders across Business Areas and Business Units, and define the technology roadmap that accelerates digital innovation while delivering measurable business value.

How You’ll Make An Impact 

• Define and execute the digitalization strategy for Product Cost and Productivity Management across Gas Services.
• Lead the development and optimization of productivity platforms, reporting solutions, and analytics capabilities.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, data-driven technology solutions.
• Drive strategic digital transformation initiatives, automation projects, and process improvements.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring sustainable business value and stakeholder alignment.
• Enhance decision-making through advanced dashboards, reporting tools, and performance analytics.
• Govern critical IT infrastructure and applications supporting productivity and cost management.
• Collaborate with global Business Areas and Business Units to ensure successful implementation of IT changes.
• Manage external partners, budgets, and technology roadmaps while ensuring operational excellence.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• University degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, controlling, business intelligence, or IT solution development.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects in an international environment.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, VBA, and modern reporting technologies.
• Experience designing and implementing data-driven productivity and cost management solutions.
• Solid understanding of financial controlling, business processes, and performance management.
• Strong project management capabilities with Agile/Scrum methodologies; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Fluent English and a passion for driving innovation, digitalization, and business transformation.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
