What You Can Expect

As a key member of our Indirect Tax team, you will combine tax expertise, leadership, and innovation to drive operational excellence and prepare the organization for future challenges and opportunities.

• Through operational leadership of the service delivery and active participation in regional and global communities, you foster high-performing teams and act as a key representative of the service delivery organization.
• As a trusted expert, you monitor changes in European tax regulations, assess their impact, and ensure timely implementation within the organization.
• You continuously enhance key processes, including reporting, risk management, and upstream activities, to increase efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• By identifying emerging trends and evaluating best-practice solutions, you strengthen knowledge and innovation management and translate new ideas into tangible business value.
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you initiate and lead cross-functional projects, transitions, and global rollout initiatives that support the department’s transformation agenda.
• You contribute to the strategic development of tax-related systems, processes, and concepts while preparing the organization for future business, regulatory, and technology changes.
• Beyond your core responsibilities, you collaborate across business units and company boundaries to drive change, build strong networks, and help shape the future direction of the organization.
  
  
  

What You Offer

• master's degree in Tax, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field; a professional qualification such as Certified Tax Advisor, Attorney-at-Law, or Auditor is a plus
• several years of relevant professional experience, ideally gained across different tax, finance, or business functions
• proven expertise in leading a functional area and driving strategic initiatives
• leadership and people development skills, with experience motivating and developing diverse teams
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to navigate sensitive topics and engage senior management
• strategic mindset paired with a solution-oriented approach and the ability to develop innovative ideas that shape organizational direction
• fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage
  
  
  

What We Offer

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 76.000 - 80.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance
