As Head (f/m/d) of Digital, you turn strategic ambitions into tangible business impact by aligning teams and senior stakeholders on priorities, decisions and transformation progress. You connect Procurement with Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Engineering and IT, leveraging AI, automation, analytics and SAP to challenge existing processes and create innovative solutions. Throughout the day, you remove roadblocks, empower your team and drive critical decisions across complex global initiatives – creating alignment, accelerating transformation and delivering measurable value for the organization.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Leadership and team development, including leading and developing diverse teams of Project Managers, Product Owners and Digital Transformation professionals through coaching, feedback and career development
• Digital portfolio and program leadership, translating strategic business objectives into actionable roadmaps, priorities and initiatives while ensuring effective resource allocation, risk management and delivery
• Cross-functional business transformation, driving end-to-end process optimization across Procurement and adjacent functions such as Logistics, Quality, Engineering, Finance and IT
• Strategic decision-making and ownership, proactively addressing organizational, technical and stakeholder challenges with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
• Technology-driven digitalization, leveraging SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, automation, analytics and AI to transform business processes and connect business needs with emerging technologies
• Global stakeholder management and collaboration, building strong relationships across functions, regions and management levels and ensuring alignment with internal and external partners
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in digital transformation, enterprise IT, Procurement, Supply Chain or cross-functional transformation, with a strong understanding of complex business environments
• Proven leadership experience in managing senior professionals and multidisciplinary teams across functions and regions
• Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and the interdependencies between Procurement, Accounting, Finance, Logistics, Quality and IT
• Strong technology and digital expertise, including experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba or comparable platforms, as well as AI, automation and data analytics
• Strong program and project management expertise, with a proven ability to drive complex transformation initiatives from strategy through execution
• High international mobility and intercultural competence, with a strong willingness to travel globally and work effectively across diverse cultural environments
