ABOUT THE ROLE:
As our Revenue Operations Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for our GTM teams to support in operational tasks. We're in the middle of a real transformation as we integrate and migrate our tooling into a larger organization, so you'll have a direct hand in shaping how that work gets documented and rolled out.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
You'll report to our Marketing Operations Manager and join a 5-person RevOps team that keeps Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Post Sales running on the same tools and processes.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Provide day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting for our global GTM Teams, resolving tool and process issues as they come up
- Support GTM Operations with database hygiene and CRM compliance, and help keep our processes clearly documented and understood
- Build training materials, then support the trainings so the wider GTM team knows how to use our tools and processes, including onboarding new hires
- Own provisioning, deprovisioning, and maintenance of our go-to-market tools, becoming the person the team turns to when questions arise
- Spot process gaps, reporting inconsistencies, and CRM compliance risks, and help fix them or flag them to the right person
- Maintain the accuracy of our CRM data through regular entry and audits, and build a solid understanding of our marketing funnel and metrics
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bring 1 to 2 years of experience in RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops
- Have hands-on Salesforce experience, including workflows, lifecycle stages, and reporting logic
- Understand core B2B SaaS GTM concepts like lead management, sales pipelines, and lifecycle stages
- Strong communication skills
- Enjoy troubleshooting tools and processes, and want to understand the reasoning behind them, not just the steps
- Bring genuine interest in growing from day-to-day operations to spotting problems and proposing solutions
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
- €1,000 annual learning budget and free German language courses to boost your skills
- 30 days of annual leave, plus extra paid days for your birthday and moving day
- Home office setup budget, a monthly home office allowance
- Freedom to work from abroad for up to 90 days worldwide!
- Mental health support with nilo.health and a discounted Urban Sports Club membership
- 20% company subsidy on your pension contributions
- Subsidised BVG public transport ticket and a dog-friendly Berlin office where your furry friend is welcome
- Lease your ideal bike through BusinessBike
