A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Transformation and Change Management (f/m/d) Specialist, you will work at the intersection of business transformation, AI deployment, and organizational change. On any given day, you may align with business leaders on upcoming AI rollouts, develop strategies to increase adoption of new digital solutions, coach stakeholders through change, and collaborate with Industrialized Rollout teams to ensure transformation activities are seamlessly integrated into deployment plans. You will monitor adoption trends, identify risks and barriers, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that accelerate business value realization. A key part of your role will be establishing scalable change management standards, tools, and governance approaches that enable consistent execution across multiple transformation initiatives. Ultimately, you will help ensure that AI-driven change is not only deployed successfully, but embraced, embedded, and sustained across Procurement.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Leadership of the people and organizational aspects of AI-enabled transformation initiatives, ensuring sustainable adoption of new ways of working
• Development and execution of change strategies to drive business readiness, stakeholder alignment, and behavioral change
• Establishment and continuous improvement of a standardized change management framework, including tools, governance, and success measures
• Integration of change management activities into deployment plans in collaboration with rollout leads, business leaders, and AI product teams
• Definition and monitoring of adoption metrics, business readiness, user adoption, risks, and value realization across rollout waves
• Identification of adoption barriers, consolidation of lessons learned, and implementation of continuous improvement measures to maximize transformation outcomes
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Organizational Development, or a similar field
• Extensive experience in Change Management, Business Transformation, Organizational Development, or Digital Transformation, including IT tool implementations such as SAP Ariba or Workday
• Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs across functions, regions, and business units, including organizational and cultural transformation
• Demonstrated experience in driving adoption of new technologies, digital solutions, and automation initiatives, including the development of training and communication materials
• Strong expertise in senior stakeholder management, organizational change, operating model transformation, and business process improvement, ideally within a consulting environment
• Fluent in German and English (C2 level)
