What You Can Expect

Join our team for 4-6 months as an intern Global HR Reporting & Campaign Support (m/f/d) and contribute to the successful execution of a global reporting campaign involving BASF group companies worldwide.

• You support the preparation and distribution of reporting questionnaires to participating entities and help ensure a smooth reporting process by monitoring incoming submissions, tracking deadlines, and following up with reporting units when necessary.
• Furthermore, you assist in validating reported data, performing plausibility checks, and identifying potential inconsistencies.
• In close collaboration with reporting contacts, you document inquiries, coordinate clarifications, and support the follow-up of required data corrections.
• To provide transparency on campaign progress, you create status overviews and support the preparation of regular reports for key stakeholders and management and also contribute to the analysis of reporting results and help identify trends, anomalies, and areas requiring further investigation.
• In addition, you maintain and update process documentation, work instructions, and FAQ materials to support efficient campaign execution.
• The preparation of presentations and management materials for reporting and project updates is also part of your responsibilities.
• Beyond the campaign activities, you gain insights into international HR Reporting processes by supporting evaluations, ad-hoc analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
  
  
  

What You Offer

• currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Social Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related field
• initial experience in reporting, data analysis, HR, or project support is an advantage
• strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented working style
• excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
• fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory
