As our Junior Key Account Associate Italy (f/m/d), you are right at the forefront of building up and scaling KoRo across the Italian retail landscape. By supporting our Key Account Managers in day-to-day operations, account administration, and commercial reporting, you create the back-office backbone that drives our rapid market traction. What you will do:

• Account Operations & Commercial Reporting: You manage day-to-day back-office workflows, support Key Account Managers in operational account execution, and handle commercial reporting to maximize account traction and growth.
• Administrative Organization & KAM Support: You prepare customer meetings, generate sales quotations, and maintain master data across account systems to ensure seamless alignment.
• Customer Care & Operational Trade Alignment: You manage direct routine customer communications, process complaints, handle credit note workflows, and maintain promotional calendars as well as secondary placements.
• Assortment & Launch Data Compilation: You compile assortment overviews and maintain master data records for existing product portfolios and new SKU launches.
• Sales Process Automation & AI Integration: You identify routine manual tasks within sales workflows and actively assist in setting up automated processes and integrating AI tools.
  
  

What you bring:

• Completed university studies with initial first practical experience, ideally within the retail sector.
• Tech-savvy & AI-driven mindset: You bring a strong analytical mindset, enthusiasm for modern technology, and first hands-on experience working with AI tools and Google Workspace.
• Customer-facing personality with open communication skills and confidence in handling routine customer and stakeholder interactions.
• Hands-on and detail-oriented approach, combined with a fast learning curve and the ability to work with high autonomy in a dynamic environment.
• Language skills: You are fluent in both Italian and English.
• Location: You live in Berlin or Milan, or you are willing to relocate to either city.
