A newly funded cybersecurity startup in Berlin is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join a team member and help design the core security, identity, and enforcement foundations of a next-generation AI-powered security risk management platform.

We are an early-stage startup founded by experienced cybersecurity leaders with backgrounds in Israeli Intelligence units. We are looking for a hands-on Lead Generation Specialist for a hybrid role based in central of Berlin. If you are passionate about cybersecurity and AI tech, thrive in fast-paced startup environments, and enjoy building complex platforms from the ground up, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

We’re building a next-generation cyber risk platform that helps enterprises understand, measure, and reduce identity risk at scale. Our goal is to turn complex identity and security data into clear, actionable risk insights that CISOs and CTOs can trust. You will work from scratch on core platform components from day one, shaping how modern enterprises manage and reason about risk using cloud-native systems and AI-driven analysis and automated enforcement through AI Agents.

The job can be conducted in Berlin on site or remote if not in Berlin.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research to pinpoint potential leads across diverse channels
• Assess leads against specific criteria to ensure quality
• LinkedIn Outreach
• Cold-Calling - Company will provide necessary tools
• Work in sales team to devise effective lead generation strategies
• Building and maintaining a lead database
• Deliver regular, detailed reports on lead generation activities and results
• Utilizing relevant tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and etc.
• Candidate will receive all the proper trainings and tools
• Build target account lists for EU & UK, e-commerce and fintech first
• Enrich contacts: email, LinkedIn, role, company tech signals
• Research each account and write one line on why they’re a fit
• Process event attendee lists and badge scans after each show
• Keep HubSpot clean — dedupe, correct fields, no unassigned records
• Hand the AE qualified accounts, not raw names
  
  
  

Must Have

• 1+ year of B2B lead research or sales support
• Hands-on with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot and other lead gen tools
• Based in the EU
• Business English
  
  
  

Nice to have

• Clay, n8n or similar automation
• Experience with cybersecurity or IT buyers
• German Language fluent
• Event lead processing experience
