In this position as a French-English speaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) you will be the first point of contact for anime and manga fans around the world with various inquiries about their streaming experience, subscriptions, and accounts by e-mail and chat.

Start at the next possible date | full-time | at our location in Berlin – Andreasstraße 10 | Monday – Sunday from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. | Support languages: French (C1) and English (B2) | €2,600 gross/month

What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in our team you will:

• Receive requests via e-mail and chat.
• This is an on-site position at our office in Berlin – you will work on location, not remotely.
• Represent the product with genuine enthusiasm and speak the language of fans.
• Support the customer with inquiries regarding their account, subscriptions, billing and all kinds of products and services.
• Provide assistance in the event of technical issues and malfunctions.
• Work with other departments to solve any issues that are raised.
• Guarantee the client’s standards with competent service and conscientious documentation.
  
  

Your Qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Are a genuine anime and manga fan with a real interest in the product and its community – you binge new series, read manga, and visit conventions and fan events such as Comic-Con.
• Are fluent in written and spoken French (minimum C1) and have a very good command of English (at least B2 level).
• Have suitable professional experience in customer service.
• Have good computer and technical skills.
• Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
