You’ll make an impact by

• You design and implement robust architectural foundations for IT/OT infrastructure, enabling scalable AI deployments across the global manufacturing network
• Building on this, you systematically identify, develop and scale AI use cases by leveraging reusable capabilities and ensuring their rollout throughout the factory network
• In close collaboration with IT and solution architects, you ensure seamless IT/OT compatibility and future-proof scalability of all AI solutions
• Additionally, you establish and promote best practices in AI software engineering, empowering developers of all seniority levels to adopt advanced methodologies
• Finally, you provide technological and thought leadership, inspiring cross-functional teams to drive AI and ML innovation and ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of agentic AI and cloud technologies
  
  

This Is How You'll Win Us Over

• Education: You have a Master’s degree with several years of relevant professional experience or a Bachelor’s degree with extensive professional experience in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field. Alternatively, you have completed vocational tr
• 4–5+ years of senior-level experience in AI engineering, cloud software development, or comparable technical roles
• Deep expertise in agentic AI (LLMs, multi-agent systems, prompt engineering, LangChain/LangGraph or similar frameworks) and mastery of cloud-native architecture (preferably Azure)
• Proven track record in designing scalable, modular systems and driving software engineering best practices (clean code, CI/CD, Git-based workflows)
• Ways of working: You demonstrate strong leadership without formal authority, excel in cross-functional collaboration, and inspire technical teams through clear communication and knowledge sharing
• Languages: Business-level proficiency in English; German skills are an advantage
