We are looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to drive our creator partnerships in the US. In this role, you will build relationships with the creators and celebrities who shape American beauty culture, own campaigns from strategy to results, and personally drive a significant share of our US targets.

Your tasks

• Manage a portfolio of influencers, key partners and multiple sub-projects within the assigned market.
• Remain actively involved in campaign execution, contributing at least 30% to total country targets.
• Develop and implement best practices to ensure high execution standards, efficiency, and continuous KPI optimization.
• Take full ownership of influencer marketing projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery of all initiatives.
• Supervise country-level campaign country planning, team targets, monitoring progress and ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
• Track US beauty, social, and creator trends, and turn insights into local campaigns and partnerships that grow the brand in the US market.
  
  

Your profile

• Proven track record in executing profitable and high-performing influencer marketing campaigns, delivering measurable business impact.
• Over 4 years of experience in influencer marketing in the US, ideally within fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. beauty market, including key trends, consumer behavior, and creator landscape.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and day-to-day execution.
• Data-driven and performance-oriented, with a focus on ROI, reach growth, and campaign optimization.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication and leadership skills; team management experience is a must.
