Our Commercial team is looking for a driven Junior Account Scout (f/m/d) who thrives in a fast-paced, outbound sales environment. In this role, you’ll proactively reach out to CFOs and finance leaders in the German market to spark interest in Moss.

Your mission: generate interest in Moss and book qualified product demos. It's a high-impact role at the forefront of our growth – ideal for someone who’s hungry to learn, persistent, and excited by challenge. You'll be part of a dynamic team with strong opportunities for personal development and growth.

Your Responsibilities

Here's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day:

  • Finance Expert: Developing a deep understanding of our product offering, and mastering different sales techniques.
  • Strategic Research: Conducting thorough market research to identify new potential customers.
  • Networking: Building relationships with key contacts and learning about their needs and pain points.
  • Introducing and Selling: Pitching our solutions to CFOs and senior finance professionals to generate interest and secure product demos.
  • Accuracy and Optimisation: Ensuring all customer data is recorded accurately, and working with others to continuously optimize commercial processes to improve conversion rates.


About You

We think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in this role:

  • You have initial experience in sales through an internship or are keen to try yourself in a cold-acquisition role
  • You are fluent in both German (C2) and English (C1)
