How You’ll Make An Impact

• Creating and preparing various reports to support business decisions
• Assist in analysing monthly costs for research and development projects to ensure financial efficiency
• Assist in finding opportunities to improve reporting processes and implement improvements
• Supporting the development of internal and external co-operation agreements
• Compile required documentation for government grant applications
• Support in liaising with accounting for internal billing requests and reconciliations
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or similar)
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, first experiences in automating processes (for example with Alteryx, KNIME..)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Interest in finance, reporting, and project management
• Very good knowledge of English, German is a plus
