About The Role
We’re looking for a German-speaking experienced Senior Demand Generation Manager to help drive brand awareness, lead generation and revenue growth in Germany. This is a highly strategic and execution-focused role in which you will work closely with sales, GTM, central marketing teams and content to build campaigns that engage and convert our target audience.
This position reports into the EMEA Demand Gen Director based in London and will be based in Germany (Berlin or remote) or Dublin or London

About The Role

What You Will Do
- Own the full marketing strategy in Germany through multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, events, ABM etc.) and localised messaging.
- Develop and execute DACH specific demand gen campaigns that drive pipeline, including supporting local events and field marketing efforts
- Develop messaging and content that highlight the value of Rippling products to our German audience, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing for localisation of key assets.
- Build and maintain feedback loops with key stakeholders to ensure content and campaigns are performing with key customers and prospects
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales and GTM teams to build a strong marketing and brand presence in Germany.
- Native or fluent German speaker!
- At least 7 years in demand generation marketing for DACH regions
- Proven track record of running successful demand gen campaigns
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (SFDC, Outreach, etc.)
- Analytical mindset - you can interpret data and optimise strategies accordingly
- Ability to collaborate across teams to execute powerful campaigns
