We are filling the following position for an innovative company that runs a digital platform / marketplace. You can either work from the company office in Berlin, from home throughout Germany, or fully remote from Portugal.

(Senior) Product Analyst (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Transfom data into valuable insights that facilitate decision-making
• Help product teams building new features with the help of in-depth analysis
• Act as an advisor on KPI definitions and data requirements that align with business goals
• Create and optimize reports and dashboards in Tableau that ensure visibility of KPIs
• Build and optimize data sources, allowing teams to derive insights autonomously
• Lead training sessions on data analytics and visualization tools
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure data quality, accessibility and integration
  
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics etc.)
• Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar role (e.g. data/product analytics role), preferably in a B2C or marketplace environment
• Deep knowledge in data analysis tools & languages (SQL, Python, R)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Metabase)
• Strong understanding of product analytics, including user behavior analysis, A/B testing and statistical analysis
• Understanding of data infrastructure, data governance, and data engineering concepts
• Experienced in supporting self-service analytics initiatives and empowering cross-functional teams with data access
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for various stakeholders
