Your Role

As a Senior Software Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of our software products through rigorous testing and automation. You will collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to implement robust quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
• Collaborate with developers to integrate testing into the development lifecycle
• Design and develop automated tests for Java- and JavaScript-based applications
• Conduct manual testing where necessary to ensure full test coverage
• Identify and resolve testing gaps to enhance software reliability
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and maintainability requirements
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated testing
• Analyze test results and work with engineering teams to resolve defects
• Document test cases, processes, and quality standards
• Stay up to date with emerging testing technologies and best practices
  
  

Your Profile

• 5+ years of technical experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role
• Strong programming skills in Java and JavaScript
• Proven experience in testing web applications and back-end services
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress)
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like GitLab CI
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., APM, JMeter)
• Understanding of REST APIs and JSON
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
