We are looking for a

SEA Manager (f/m/x)

to join our B2C brand Autohero. In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on management and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Search, Bing, and app stores. You will work closely with senior team members to execute strategies, analyze performance, and contribute to the growth of our customer base across Europe

Your new Role

• 
  Set up, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Search, Bing, App Store, and Play Store
  
• 
  Conduct keyword research and integrate findings into campaign structures to maximize performance
  
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement
  
• 
  Support the implementation of feedback loops to enhance lead quality and cost-efficiency
  
• 
  Collaborate with copywriting and product teams to create effective ad copy and app store content
  
• 
  Stay up to date with the latest trends and features in search marketing
  
• 
  Contribute to a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement
  

Your Skills

• 
  Hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns (Google, Bing, app stores)
  
• 
  Solid understanding of keyword research, campaign setup, and performance monitoring
  
• 
  Analytical skills and familiarity with campaign reporting and optimization
  
• 
  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• 
  Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced environment
  
• 
  Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus
