Job Description

We can only hire EU citizens or candidates who have a valid work permit to work fulltime hours in Germany.

• Salary of € 2,750 monthly / €33,000 per year
• Up to € 687 monthly performance bonus
• Relocation support of up to €1,500 from outside Germany and €700 from within Germany, depending on current location (minimum 100 km to Berlin) *

Your tasks:

• You will be responsible for analyzing marketing campaigns for new and existing customers daily through phone and email.
• You will assist customers with inquiries about the platform and its products, helping them achieve advertising goals and budget improvements while building strong relationships.
• Your role will also involve implementing and monitoring digital campaigns for existing customers, providing feedback and recommendations.
• You will detect campaign and market trends early and escalate challenging developments.
• To excel in this role, you must understand business goals, become a marketing partner, and create online marketing strategies to increase adspend on the platform.
  
  

Experiences:

• You must be fluent in the applied language at minimum C1 level and have at least B2 level English proficiency.
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales, you should have a commercial mindset, be strongly sales driven, and possess entrepreneurial thinking and strong influential skills
• Experience in social media and/or digital marketing is a plus
• Strong sales-oriented outlook, entrepreneurial thinking and “go the extra mile” attitude
• Strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
